With a collection of over 200 costumes and accessories, you can create your unforgettable souvenir photos or create your perfect look for a special themed event.

Renting a costume from us is simple. Let us know your wishes and size and let us surprise you.

We strive to make your costume rental experience enjoyable and stress-free, so please adhere to these guidelines to make the most of your event preparations.

Reservations

Ensure you secure your preferred costumes for the upcoming event by booking them some weeks in advance. A nominal service fee of MXN 300 per costume is required at the time of reservation. Please note that this reservation fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. However, if you opt to proceed with the costume rental, the service fee can be conveniently retained on your account and as a part of the deposit.

Upon confirming your costume selection, a deposit of 800 MXN is due to finalize your reservation. This deposit secures your chosen costumes and contributes towards a seamless rental experience.

Conditions

Please take note of the following conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable rental experience. We require a deposit of 800 MXN and a valid official ID (such as an INE, driving licence, Social Security card, Visa, passport or professional ID) before renting out costumes. Rest assured that both the deposit and ID will be returned to you upon returning the costume. Please note that some of our models do not include trousers, which means that you will have to provide your own black trousers. Additionally, boots and shoes are not included in our rental service. Also, for safety and hygiene reasons, we allow only up to three models to be tried on. We do not offer a home delivery service. All our costumes are dry-cleaned beforehand.

Costume hire conditions for private parties, company and club events: We require the body measurements of each individual person for whom a costume is to be hired according to the personal measurement form. Goods returned too late will be charged additionally. Heavily soiled or damaged goods will be charged. For multiple use, corresponding surcharges apply. The hire price does not include any costs for adjustments and alterations, but does include cleaning. Special conditions apply for theatre performance series by clubs, small theatres and schools.

We want to keep our rental fees low. That is why work processes are optimised. Up to three costumes can be tried on per fitting without incurring any costs. If you would like to try on more costumes, please let us know. The last fitting is 30 minutes before closing time of the museum.

INVOICING

We issue an electronic invoice (plus VAT), upon return of the costume. It is sent by email at the end of the service. Send us by WhatsApp your fiscal data and a copy of your note. Your invoice will arrive after 24 to 48 hours.

Prices

The rental charge depends on the costume. It is calculated on the basis of acquisition costs, cleaning costs and the utility value of the costume. A limited set of accessories, if necessary, is already included in the hire fee. Shoes and wigs are always charged separately.

To maintain the quality of our costumes, any damage or loss of accessories will incur additional charges.
